Happy Cooking Co.

Fullerton has plenty of places to go eat food, but what if you want to know how to cook food? That’s where the Happy Cooking Co. comes in!
Owners Jael & James Tanti don’t just believe in healthy eating, they help you learn about healthy ingredients, learn how to cook and then help you with great cookware. At Happy Cooking Co. you can find a fun education and good products. “Change lives, make a difference, and have fun is the motto here,” says Vanna Arbuckle, instructor, trainer and business manager. “[Jael and James] changed my life, they’re so positive and inspired me.”

At the cooking classes the instructor prepares food with the help of the audience, while you are also taught about some of the philosophies of the Happy Cooking Co. Superfoods, PH levels in the body, and the 5 Enemies of Nutrition are just some of the things you’ll learn while dicing, mixing, and tasting the dishes created.

You’ll also watch as the 316 Titanium surgical stainless steel Saladmaster and Roasters make cooking easier than you could imagine. The metal is “clean, non-corrosive, non-porous, and highly resistant to chemical attack.” The Temperature Control Vapo-valve system also keeps temperatures at approximately 185° degrees Fahrenheit – below boiling and below steaming – high enough to kill bacteria but low enough to preserve the vitamins and minerals that the Happy Cooking Co. educates you are normally cooked out of meals.

In the Longevity Cooking Class, trainer and business manager Vanna Arbuckle taught how to make some healthy dishes that are not only tasty but also will help you live a long healthy life. Appetizers like Hummus and Quinoa (pronounced keen-wa) Salad with cherry tomato, cucumber, mint and more. Entrees were quick but yet incredibly flavorful. The One Layer Lasagna was filled with vegetables and didn’t require pre-cooking the pasta. The Frozen to Finish Fish with Talapia, tomato, bell pepper, onion and turmeric came out tasting fresh and light despite being put in to cook while still frozen.

They don’t skimp on the treats either. The blended Banana Froster smoothie was filled with superfoods and energy filled ingredients including banana, hempseed, maca, dates and sweet vanilla bean. And for the end of the night Vanna instructed with ease the 10 Minute Chocolate using cacao butter, coconut oil, honey and berries that took only 10 minutes in the freezer before being ready to be popped into the mouth and enjoyed guilt-free.

You can choose from among 7 classes at Happy Cooking Co.
Rotating classes include Immune Boosting, Alkaline Balance, Gourmet Quickies, and Foods from around the World. There are also Lunch N’ Learns for small business and complimentary Cooking Shows you can share with friends and family in their home. Online instruction videos can be found on their website, along with a cooking class and event schedule, products and cook books.

FREEBIE ALERT: When you attend a class at the Happy Cooking Co. you can extend the knowledge with others. Gather 3 interested couples to see the dinner (at the Fullerton location or in their home) and you will receive a Saladmaster machine free once they are cooked for!
AND special for our readers, if you call Happy Cooking Co. in the next week with the code “Happy Chef”  you will be invited to a cooking class FREE (a $45 value). So don’t wait, call now!
