Yes, it’s that time of year again. The 4th Annual Pooch Walk hosted by Fullerton Pooch Park will be on Saturday, Sept. 3 at 9:30am. Pre-register by TOMORROW and get a FREE grocery bag (limited supply) and water bottle. Visit their website to pre-register.

The Haunted Fullerton Walking Tours from Fullerton Museum Center are back ! Take a guided tour through Fullerton:Orange County’s Most Haunted City. Find out where ghosts have been sighted, and learn the real life stories behind the hauntings. Since tours fill quickly you might think about making your reservation today. 9am-12pm: Fullerton Museum Center presents the week long Summer Art Camp: The Art of Nature. In this half-day program, young artists will create original artwork in a variety of media. They will be exploring the plants and insects in our urban surroundings, learning about dinosaurs, and inviting live animals into the studio. Available to students in grades 1-6. $105 general/$90 for museum members.

The Haunted Fullerton Walking Tours from Fullerton Museum Center are back ! Take a guided tour through Fullerton: Orange County’s Most Haunted City. Find out where ghosts have been sighted, and learn the real life stories behind the hauntings. Since tours fill quickly you might think about making your reservation today. They will be Wednesdays and Thursdays, running from September 14 – November 3, 6-8:30pm. $18 general admission/$15 for museum members.

Space is limited in the camp and advance prepaid registration is required. Tomorrow: Dogs of all shapes, sizes and talents are being sought for the museum’s annual “Dog Days of Summer” talent show and competition set for Thursday, Aug. 11 at the outdoor Thursday Fullerton Market, on Wilshire Ave., between Harbor and Pomona. Doggie competitions and entertainment will be held from 5-8pm. Prizes will go to the dog who: is the best kisser; has the loudest bark; is the fastest eater; does the best pet trick; and most resembles its owner. Owners may sign their dogs up for the competitions at 4pm.
